Event Volunteers of Swale are a group of volunteers who provide a professional and competent marshal service to Swale and surrounding areas. Some of our volunteers have a range of learning disabilities, we provide them the opportunity to gain confidence in their social and communication skills while gaining valuable practical work experience.

The team are based in Sittingbourne primarily but will travel outside of this area to help with your Event or Organisation. We currently hold certificates for First Responder, First Aiders, DBS and street works for road closures. We are run purely by volunteers, receive no funding from the government so we solely rely on donations. Donations received are used to provide equipment for the volunteers such as radios, uniform, radio licenses, public liability insurance and pay for any travel expenses to and from events.
